The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) in detail
How many years of updates does the Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) get?
In its PSTI statement, Apple gives May 15, 2024 as the date this model first went on sale in the UK. The brand commits to supporting it for at least 5 years from then, which means until May 15, 2029.
That leaves at least 2 years and 7 months of guaranteed patches.
Going by its past models, Apple kept the middle half of its tablets in our database supported for between 6 years and 10 months and 9 years and 3 months. Applied to this model, released in May 2024, that would put the end between 2031 and 2033. This is an estimate from the brand's track record, not an announcement.
